This article is critically examining creation of all Manor spaces in Kermanshah through the Municipality interventions. We try to cast light on the life situation of the poor and outskirts of the city. The Municipality and the Government of Kermanshah are trying to deface our city to a construction workshop. That was our cause to compose this article.

این جستار، مواجهه‌ای نقادانه با تولید فضای شهری در کرمانشاه از خلال سیاست‌گذاری سازمان شهرداری است تا پرتویی بر وضعیت حاضر و افق وضعیت زندگی فقرا و حاشیه‌نشینان آن انداخته شود. شهردار و استاندار کرمانشاه بر آن‌اند که شهر را بدل به «کارگاه عمرانی» کنند. محرک این جستار همین ایده بوده است.
