Niavaran was once a garden city and included several villages small ones in the north of Tehran, which was famous for these gardens, village cores with their Takyehs, shops and bazaar, and Niavaran Palace. Stopping or reducing excessive construction is one of the important measures that should be considered so that the situation in this neighborhood does not get worse.

نیاوران زمانی یک باغشهر و شامل چند ده کوچک بود که در شمال تهران قرار داشت که به باغ‌ها، هسته‌های روستایی با تکیه‌هایشان، دکان‌ها و بازار و کاخ‌ نیاوران معروف بود. توقف یا کاهش ساخت‌وساز بی‌رویه یکی از اقدامات مهمی است که باید مدنظر قرار بگیرد تا وضعیت این محله از این بدتر نشود.
