Traffic supply management has been the problem of urban management for years, especially in the first district of Tehran, and the result is large, expensive and useless structures. It is unclear when demand management will be included in the plan. Probably when there are no resources for development.

مدیریت عرضۀ ترافیکی سال‌هاست گریبان‌گیر مدیریت شهری، به‌خصوص در منطقۀ 1 تهران است که دستاوردش، سازه‌های بزرگ و پرهزینه و کم‌فایده بوده ‌است. مشخص نیست که چه زمانی قرار است مدیریت تقاضا در برنامه قرار بگیرد. شاید زمانی که منابعی برای توسعه وجود ندارد.
